NewsNDIS Conference on Disability and Technology in the 21st Century
NDIS will be holding a conference on disability and technology in the 21st century. The conference will include lots of different ways to learn about NDIS and technology, such as talks, workshops and a trade expo. The conference will take place in Brisbane from 27th – 29th October 2015.
People with disability, disability services and support organisations who would like to speak at the conference can now apply to do so. All speakers will be given free registration, and people with disability who are speakers will be able to get assistance with travel and accommodation costs.
To apply to speak, you must identify which of the conference streams your speech would be best suited to, then submit an abstract of 250 words and a short biography on the NDIS website by July 20th 2015.
